ແຂວງອັດຕະປື, ວັນທີ 2 ສິງຫາ 2024 – ອົງການອາຫານ ແລະ ການກະເສດ ແຫ່ງ ສະຫະປະຊາຊາດ (FAO) ແລະ ຫ້ອງການກະສິກຳ ແລະ ປ່າໄມ້ ແຂວງອັດຕະປື (PAFO) ໄດ້ຮ່ວມກັນຈັດກອງປະຊຸມສະຫຼຸບໂຄງ ການ ໃນວັນທີ 2 ສິງຫາ 2024, ທີ່ຫ້ອງປະຊຸມ PAFO ແຂວງອັດຕະປື. ກອງປະຊຸມດັ່ງກ່າວໄດ້ຖືກຈັດຕັ້ງຂຶ້ນພາຍໃຕ້ໂຄງການ “ສ້າງຄວາມທົນທານຕໍ່ດິນຟ້າອາກາດ ແລະ ລະບົບກະສິກໍາທີ່ເປັນມິດກັບສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ ແລະ ການດຳລົງຊີວິດຢູ່ແຂວງອັດຕະປື” (Climate REAL) ເຊິ່ງເປັນໜຶ່ງໃນອົງປະກອບຂອງແຜນງານການເສີມສ້າງຄວາມເຂັ້ມແຂງເພື່ອຮັບມືກັບການປ່ຽນແປງດິນຟ້າອາກາດ ແບບປະສົມປະສານ (IPCREA) ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບທຶນຈາກອົງການຮ່ວມມືສາກົນ ສ.ເກົາຫຼີ (KOICA)
ລະຫວ່າງກອງປະຊຸມສະຫຼຸບໂຄງການນີ້, ທ່ານ ຄໍາບູນ ດວງພະບາງ, ຮອງເຈົ້າແຂວງອັດຕະປື, ໃນຖານະທີ່ເປັນປະທານກອງປະຊຸມ, ຮັບຮູ້ວ່າ ໂຄງການດັ່ງກ່າວໄດ້ຖືກສ້າງຂຶ້ນ ແລະ ຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດມາແຕ່ເດືອນ ສິງຫາ 2020 ເປັນຕົ້ນມາ ເພື່ອຍົກລະດັບຄວາມທົນທານຕໍ່ດິນຟ້າອາກາດໃຫ້ແກ່ລັດຖະບານ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ປະຊາຊົນແຂວງອັດຕະປື ໂດຍສະເພາະຜູ້ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບຜົນກະທົບຈາກໄພນໍ້າຖ້ວມໃນປີ 2018. ທ່ານຍັງໄດ້ຍົກໃຫ້ເຫັນຕື່ມວ່າ ເປົ້າໝາຍສູງສຸດແມ່ນເພື່ອເຮັດໃຫ້ຊີວິດການເປັນຢູ່ຂອງປະຊາຊົນດີຂຶ້ນກວ່າຕອນກ່ອນເກີດໄພພິບັດ, ໂດຍຜ່ານການປັບປຸງຜົນຜະລິດກະສິກໍາ, ການເຮັດກະສິກໍາທີ່ມີຄວາມທົນທານຕໍ່ດິນຟ້າອາກາດ, ການພັດທະນາສີມືແຮງງານ, ການຄຸ້ມຄອງຄວາມສ່ຽງໄພພິບັດ ທີ່ສອດຄ່ອງກັບບັນດາບູລິມະສິດການພັດທະນາກະສິກໍາຂອງລັດຖະບານ. ທ່ານຍັງໄດ້ເນັ້ນວ່າ ຖ້າປາສະຈາກການສະໜັບສະໜູນດ້ານເຕັກນິກຈາກອົງການ FAO ແລະ ການປະກອບສ່ວນດ້ານທຶນຮອນຈາກອົງການ KOICA, ຊີວິດການເປັນຢູ່ຂອງປະຊາຊົນທີ່ດຳລົງຊີວິດຢູ່ໃນຂົງເຂດເປົ້າໝາຍກໍຍາກທີ່ຈະໄດ້ຮັບການຟື້ນຟູໃຫ້ດີຂຶ້ນ.
Attapeu Province, 2 August 2024 – The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Attapeu Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Office (PAFO) jointly organized the final project workshop on 2 August 2024, at Attapeu PAFO Meeting Hall. This event was conducted under the “Building Climate-Resilient and Eco-friendly Agriculture Systems and Livelihoods” (Climate REAL) project, which is a part of the Integrated Programme for Climate Resilience and Empowerment in Attapeu Province (IPCREA), funded by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
During the final workshop, Mr. Khamboun Duangpabang , Vice Provincial Governor of Attapeu as the chair acknowledged that the project was formulated and implemented since August 2020 to enhance the climate resilience of the Government of Lao PDR and the Attapeu community, particularly those affected by the flooding in 2018. He highlighted that the ultimate goals were to make people’s lives better than before the disaster, through improvements in agriculture productivity, climate resilient farming practice, skills development, and disaster risk management in line with the Government agriculture development priorities. He expressed that without the technical support from FAO and financial contribution from KOICA, the livelihoods of those living in the target areas would hardly be lifted.
